Transport regulations
- The passenger is obliged to immediately notify the driver of any damaged or dirty equipment he/she finds when boarding the bus.
- The passenger is fully responsible for the damage that he/she has caused intentionally or negligently to the equipment and equipment of the bus, and is obliged to pay this damage immediately to the operator, possibly also the driver.
- According to Act No. 361/2000 Coll., the passenger is during the journey obliged to use a restraint safety system in a vehicle of category M2 and M3, which is equipped with it.
- Passengers who are required by law to use a child restraint system will only be accepted for carriage under the condition of using their own approved child restraint system.
- The passenger is obliged to sit on the seat during the ride and may not leave it under any circumstances during the ride .
- The passenger is obliged to behave during the journey in such a way as not to cause any harm to health or property to himself or another passenger.
- The passenger is obliged to place his hand luggage on the bus in the place designated for it, so that it does not cause any material damage or injury to health to himself or others. He bears full responsibility for any damage and injury. The driver is entitled to place luggage that does not meet the conditions for safe transportation in the luggage compartment of the bus, or to exclude it from transportation.
- During the time of transportation, responsibility for the behavior of minors and persons with mental or other disabilities is borne by their legal representative, educational supervisor, expedition leader, organizer or organizer of transportation, or a responsible person.< / li>
- All animals are excluded from transport without compensation. Upon agreement with the carrier, it is possible to transport animals in the designated box, and only in the luggage compartment of the bus. The carrier bears no responsibility for this transport.
- The passenger is obliged to fully respect the driver's instructions which they follow, especially taking into account traffic safety.
- Passengers must not disturb the driver during transportation with their noisy or other reckless behavior.
- Persons whose appearance is repulsive, smelly, drunk and in dirty clothes will be excluded from transportation.
- Luggage and other objects, which by their nature could cause injury to transported persons, possibly damage or pollute transported luggage or the bus, will be excluded from transportation.
- The driver is obliged to inform blind persons of the existence of the transport regulations and, upon request, instruct these persons in terms of the transport regulations.
- The driver is obliged to present the transport regulations upon request, or to verbally present them to illiterate persons.
- The carrier is entitled to reimbursement of the right to reimbursement of transportation without compensation for persons and luggage that do not meet the conditions of the transportation regulations.
